Because Roger That Marketing provides digital marketing and creative services, returns or refunds work differently from physical products. However, we believe in fairness and transparency with every client.
1. General Terms
Once a service has been delivered or a campaign has been launched, refunds may not be possible. However, we’ll always review situations on a case-by-case basis.
2. When Refunds Apply
You may be eligible for a partial or full refund if:
The service has not yet started.
There was a technical or operational issue from our side.
Refunds are not available for:Completed projects or services that have already been delivered.
Third-party expenses (such as ad spend or software subscriptions) that have already been paid.
3. Request Time Frame
All refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of the service delivery date or project start date.
4. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Revisions Before Refund
Before a refund is processed, we may offer revisions or solutions to ensure your satisfaction with our services.
